I felt like I was talking to a friend and that took the stress right out of it.  This man didn't raise the bar, he took it down threw it away and replaced it with a much higher and luxurious one.  Five stars is not enough and no matter what I say I cannot do him justice. This man is a game changer.   If you want to rent or rent out a property I doubt a better person exists.
